Regulations of the Meblenamax.pl online store

  • 1. General provisions
  1. The owner of the Meblenamax.pl online store is Meblenamax Sp. Z o. with its registered office in Kraków at ul. Igołomska 1, entered into the National Court Register under the number 0001085185 NIP: 6783214050 REGON: 527624793

  3. These regulations specify the rules for using the Meblenamax.pl online store, placing orders for products available in the store, delivering the ordered products, payment by customers, the right to withdraw from the contract and the rules for submitting and considering complaints.
  • 2. Definitions
  1. Customer – a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality that uses the Meblenamax.pl online store.
  2. Seller – owner of the Meblenamax.pl online store.
  3. Store – online store available atfurniturenamax.pl .
  4. Product – a movable item, available in the store's offer, which is the subject of a sales contract between the Customer and the Seller.
  5. Order - the Customer's declaration of will, aimed directly at concluding a sales contract, specifying in particular the type and number of products.
  • 3. Rules of using the online store
  1. The customer can place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  2. In order to place an order, the Customer must: a. Select the product he or she intends to purchase. b. Add the product to the cart. c. Complete the order form, providing the data necessary to complete the order. d. Choose the delivery and payment method. e. Confirm the order.
  • 4. Prices and payments
  1. Product prices given on the store's website are gross prices (including VAT).
  2. The Customer has the option of making payment: a. By transfer to the Seller's bank account. b. Cash on delivery upon delivery. c. Via the electronic payment system.
  • 5. Delivery
  1. Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the order.
  2. Delivery costs are given on the store's website and depend on the selected delivery method.
  3. The order processing time is from 2 to 14 business days from the date the payment is credited to the Seller's bank account or from the date of order confirmation in the case of cash on delivery.
  • 6. Withdrawal from the contract
  1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
  2. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Customer must inform the Seller about his decision by means of a clear statement sent to the e-mail address: furniturenamax.pl@gmail.com.
  3. The customer is obliged to return the product within 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract. The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.
  4. The Seller returns to the Customer all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Customer other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Seller), immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Customer's declaration of withdrawal from contracts.
  • 7. Complaints
  1. The Seller is liable to the Customer if the product sold has a physical or legal defect.
  2. Complaints can be submitted in writing to the following e-mail address: furniturenamax.pl@gmail.com.
  3. In the complaint, the Customer should provide his name and surname, correspondence address, e-mail address, telephone number, description of the defect and the date of its discovery.
  4. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt and inform the Customer about further proceedings.
  • 8. Personal data protection
  1. The administrator of Customers' personal data is the Seller.
  2. Customers' personal data are processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, maintaining a Customer account, direct marketing of own products and other purposes specified in the privacy policy.
  3. The customer has the right to access and correct their data.
  • 9. Final provisions
  1. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to change these regulations. Changes to the regulations are effective from the moment they are published on the store's website.
  3. Any disputes arising from the implementation of the sales contract will be resolved by the competent Polish courts.
