Delivery time and cost

The order processing time is from 2 to 14 business days from the date the payment is credited to the Seller's bank account or from the date of order confirmation in the case of cash on delivery.
In the case of orders placed during holidays, long weekends or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, the order processing time may be extended. In such a case, the Customer will be informed about the expected delivery time.
The customer is informed about the shipment of the order via e-mail to the address provided when placing the order.

The delivery cost depends on the selected delivery method and the weight and dimensions of the ordered products.
The available delivery options and their costs are:
a. Standard courier delivery.
b. Courier delivery, cash on delivery.
Delivery costs are calculated automatically when placing an order and are visible in the order summary before its finalization.

Delivery of the ordered products takes place to the address indicated by the Customer in the order.
The customer is obliged to carefully check the contents of the package and the condition of the furniture in the presence of the courier. If any damage to the goods or non-compliance with the order is found, the Customer should immediately inform the courier and prepare a damage report.
A customer who receives the goods without checking them in the presence of the courier accepts the condition of the shipment and cannot submit any complaints to the Seller regarding mechanical damage caused during transport.
In the event of returning the goods due to damage incurred during transport, the Customer is obliged to inform the Seller about the damage and provide a damage report prepared in the presence of the courier. Lack of a damage report may result in the refusal to accept the complaint.
